01

Twenty years coaching operators, founders, attorneys, physicians, and executives. The pattern repeats.

You optimized everything. The schedule. The systems. The team. The relationships. Physical performance got the leftover hours. Then the leftover hours stopped showing up.

The result is quieter than dramatic. Energy doesn't hold past 3pm. Travel recovery takes a day longer. The strength still works. It isn't what it was. The body is no longer carrying the weight you're asking it to carry.

This isn't a wellness problem. It's a leadership infrastructure problem.

01 / Forged Strength

Strength That Compounds.

Physical capacity built through intelligent progression. Not chase-the-PR programming. Strength that holds under pressure and serves the life you're building.

02 / Sovereign Energy

Energy You Own.

Recovery, nutrition, and stress management calibrated to sustain performance. Energy generated by design, not borrowed from tomorrow.

03 / Embodied Leadership

How You Carry Yourself.

The integration of physical discipline with leadership presence. How you operate in the body reflects how you operate everywhere else.

04
01 / Physical Capacity

Strength And Conditioning You Can Feel In The Room.

Foundational strength built through intelligent progression. Body composition that holds. Mobility restored where executive sedentism has eroded it.

02 / Energy And Recovery

Sustained Output Without The Late-Day Collapse.

Sleep architecture rebuilt. Nutrition calibrated to the actual demands of your week. Recovery that protects performance rather than chasing it.

03 / Presence And Standard

How You Carry Yourself Through The Day.

Discipline that becomes structure. A standard that no longer requires motivation. The physical posture of a man who has restored alignment between his body and his work.

Results vary by individual. Outcomes depend on full adherence to the program, baseline health, and life conditions during the engagement. Coaching is not medical advice. Read the Terms before applying.

"I walked into John's world carrying all of it. Injuries, pride, and the sense that my best physical days were behind me. What I found was a coach who didn't just see my potential. He respected my story. I'm 49. Down 100 pounds, at 19% body fat, and building muscle with confidence."

This is for you if
  • You're an executive, founder, operator, or professional running things
  • You built discipline in one season of life and watched the structure erode
  • Your physical condition needs to match the weight you're carrying
  • You're based in or near the Hill Country or San Antonio metro
  • You can execute a weekly training rhythm, whether in-person at Boerne, mobile at your location, or virtual with assigned programming when you travel
  • You operate from defined standards rather than waiting on motivation
  • You're investing in readiness to lead, not chasing a 30-day result
This isn't for you if
  • You're looking for a 30-day challenge or quick fix
  • You're outside the Hill Country and San Antonio metro (see wolfpackcoach.com for online tiers)
  • You want a group container or bi-weekly cadence (see wolfpackcoach.com for institutional tiers)
  • You need motivation-driven coaching rather than standards-based execution
  • You're not ready to commit to weekly engagement over a 90-day or 6-month structure

How often do we meet?

Weekly sessions, 60 to 75 minutes each. Bi-weekly programming review is built into the structure. Async support fills the gaps between sessions.

I travel for work. Can we adapt?

Yes. Programming flexes around your calendar. Async check-ins and travel-ready training adjustments are standard when work intensifies. The system holds even when the schedule doesn't.

Where do sessions actually happen?

Primary delivery is at the Boerne training facility, right off I-10. Convenient access from Fair Oaks Ranch, Dominion, and the broader San Antonio metro. Mobile delivery is available at additional cost for clients who prefer sessions at their location. Virtual sessions are accommodated for active clients during travel.

Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

Sessions with me happen at the fully equipped Boerne facility. For the solo training days between sessions, you need either a gym you can access or a minimal home setup. Equipment recommendations are part of intake planning, calibrated to what you can reasonably acquire or access.

I have a pre-existing injury. Is this a fit?

Usually yes. Intake includes a comprehensive movement assessment. Where appropriate, programming coordinates with your medical or clinical team. This work isn't clinical care, but it operates intelligently around what is.

What's the time commitment outside our sessions?

Three to four self-directed training sessions weekly is typical, calibrated to your capacity and recovery state. Nutrition guidance is built into your existing rhythm, not stacked on top of it.

Why is application required?

Engagements are limited each quarter. Application allows me to evaluate fit before either of us invests time in a discovery call. The structure protects your investment and mine.

What happens at the end of the engagement?

Strategic review of progress, capacity, and next-step options. Some clients continue into a new engagement. Others graduate to maintenance with periodic check-ins. The work is designed to build independence, not dependence.

Still have questions? Submit the application anyway. The discovery call is built for the rest.
