The application is the first step. If accepted, you'll be invited to a discovery call to confirm fit before any payment is requested. Engagements are limited each quarter.

Why a Gated Process

Engagements are limited each quarter. The application allows me to evaluate fit before either of us invests time in a discovery call.

Not every applicant is invited to engage. That's the point. The work requires alignment on goals, commitment, and operating context. The structure protects your investment of time and mine.

The application takes ten to fifteen minutes. You'll hear back within three business days.

What Happens Next

Three Steps After Submission.

Review

Your application is reviewed within three business days. Every application gets a response, whether accepted, declined, or held for a future quarter.

Discovery Call

If accepted, you'll receive a calendar link for a 30-minute discovery call. We confirm fit, clarify scope, and answer your questions. No commitment from either side at this stage.

Engagement Begins

If we both agree it's a fit, your engagement is scheduled. Intake session is in-person at Boerne and includes the lifestyle, performance, and movement assessment baseline.
